These are a few other essays which I've written but they didn't really fit into any of the other sections very well, so I've put them in here. They are actually just two brief papers which look at business law subjects and a presentation and handout I made in a managing technology class about commercial space travel and feathering technology!
Here is a presentation I gave in 2006 describing the feathering technology that is used to make commercial space travel a reality:
I also made a document to accompany the powerpoint presentation. This document just basically complements the presentation and adds a few details: feathering technology report.
These two very brief answers were written as part of the international business law classes at Grenoble Graduate School of Business. After each class we were given questions to answer, and below are two papers I gave in.
The marketing and sale of beer and alcoholic beverages in Canada - The following questions are answered: Do the regulations violate non-discrimination provisions of GATT? May Canada use state trading monopolies to regulate imports of this kind? Are Canada's provisions valid public health regulations or illegal discrimination?
What is the difference between a directive and a regulation? - Within this answer, the question why would the EU choose one over the over is answered very briefly.
